Option to create a batch capture list as a new document

Create Batch Capture list as a document

Description:
The batchlist creation from the pulldown menu under NEW | Batchlist would be a big improvement. I also would like to enter timecode vaues to the batchlist without having a deck or capture device connected to Edius. This would give any editor the possibility to sight material on a VHS with burned in timecode and later capture by the manually entered batchlist. This prevents tape tear and deck decay. Also this way batchlists from other apps could be transferred to Edius without a problem. The perfect addition would be a batchlist converter...

I forgot to add that there should be a dialog input field while capturing that let's you specify the reel/tape name. Currently there's no way to name the tape before capture.

Also it'll be wonderfull if that dialog includes a path where we can select destination of the clip instead of put it automatically in proyect folder.
