ADVC110 and Nero7 video capture

I can't get NeroVision to see any output from my ADVC110. I've got analog running into it from a VCR, and it's connected to the computer with the Firewire connection.
Help?!

Make sure Nero has issued a DV Play command to the ADVC, otherwise it won't start free-running timecode.
