I don't see anything in the FAQs re what kinds of posts go in this forum.

Uh, no, this is the ADVC forum.
EDIUS NX questions go in the Editing with EDIUS forum.

so, as far as the editing with edius forum is concerned, there is no distinction between software and hardware, which means that, if I am using a storm card to edit with edius, then storm questions and NX questions both are valid in the editing with edius forum - this is what the FAQs say

The idea is simple enough - if you're editing with EDIUS and have a question about using it with your hardware board, you post to the EDIUS forum.
Same applies with a board that uses 'EDIUS' in its name.
