Product:
EDIUS
Feature:
Larger size for White Balance color dials
Description:
The White Balance dialogue has a lot more info to show since key-framing was introduced. , and as a result the color dials are a lot smaller. Too small to work with. Each time I open the dialogue, I need to re-size them.
Could the dialog box always remember the size it was when last opened.

Make the white balance, YUV and CC information palletes take up less room. When you open a white balance filter on a single screen setup (like a laptop) you have to move stuff around if you want to see your scope and preview window. It takes up way too much room. Same with YUV. Why not make each of the White, Black, Gray adjustments in White balance a tab and have the information pallete only one column wide. You could make the keyframes on the bottom tab activated as well. It would be easy to access if you needed it and you would get lots of real estate back on single monitor systems. Same idea with the YUV pallette.
In addition to all the other issues others have brought up that is the one that bugs me the most.

Because these two posts are similar, yet conflict, I have changed the feature request title.
The aim is to offer a more flexible GUI design to allow sections of the colour correction windows to either 'break apart' or be resized independantly to fit your screen layout/workflow.

How about just making the correction windows remember how they was last sized? And maybe the envolope controls only need to be visable when they are enabled.
