Issue:
Cursor dont move when ripple trim a clip

Description:
When i ripple trim the cursor stays where i gave the ripple trim command. In E362 it jumped back to the start or end of the clip

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Put a clip to the timeline
2. Move in the clip and press ALT+N
3. Clip move as wanted, cursor stays

Not sure what would be causing this issue in v4.51c (tested it just now). This was a noted fix (ie. Alt+N/Alt+M work properly again)

Very simple go to playback setting and de-select continue playback while trimming.

This was also the case pre 4.5

this behavior can be enabled and disabled in application settings

the help file does not explain this, but here is what you need to get it to work

Hello!

Thanks for your help, i thought this strange behavior was fixed.

Is it a bug or a feature? When its a feature, can you tell me what
is it for. Sometimes i like to play the movie, while i am triming.
