EDIUS: Button to toggle "Extend Clips At Transition" (KH: Added in EDIUS v4.5)

Put a buttton above the timeline with the rest of the buttons instead of in the application settings menu. I often turn this feature on and off when tweaking my projects to preserve sync.

I frequently switch on and off the "Extend Clips when adding transitions". It would be great if this was a toggle on/off switch button on the timeline.
