In order to minimize potential confusion and maximize the gain of this forum, please follow these basic rules when posting in this area.
Determine whether this is the correct area. This area is for reproducible bugs or functional issues. That means things that are designed to work in a particular manner that are are not.
For example, EDIUS allows you to place a Chroma key on the same clip with a 2D Picture-in-Picture. If EDIUS does not allow this, then it is a functional issue.
This is not the area for "I wish (product) could (something)" or "(Product) should do (something) this way" posts. Those posts belong in the Feature Request section.
Format the Title of your post as:
Product Name: Short description of issue
For example...
EDIUS: Imported TGA files appear with blank thumbnail in the Bin.
Within the body of your post, include a detailed description of the issue and why it is an issue along with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the behavior.
Use the example sticky post as a guideline.
User-reported Issues are being accepted for current products only. If you have trouble with a product that is no longer current, please contact GV support directly.
