Issue:
Imported .TGA files do not show a thumbnail in the Bin.

Description:
Other clip types imported into the Bin show a thumbnail. TGA files, however, do not.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open an EDIUS project
Import a different file type into the Bin
Notice it has a thumbnail
Import a TGA file into the Bin
Notice it does not have a thumbnail
