Hello

In Edius 3.6 I used to use the CTRL + E shortcut a lot. In version 4+ wich should be this shortcut equivalent?

Thanks in advance

Alex

CTL+E in E3 was "select all clips at cursor position"

In E4, I couldn't find a similar shortcut.

Hi Anton

That shortcut selects the clip to the right of the cursor. Just that clip, not the rest of them. Even when the manual states that it "selects all clips at cursor position on selected track" it does not. Only the immediate clip to the right

CTRL + E does that on 3.6

Sometimes when cutting clips on the timeline, I needed to get rid not of the clip to the left, but the one on the right. It is an important part of my workflow.

I hope I explained myself.

Thanks again for everyones input.

if a clip is selected and you press Alt+Page Up, the clip to the left will become selected

if you press Alt+Page Down, the clip to the right will become selected

I find it quicker just to click the clip to select it

Thanks Anton, I´m gonna try that key combination. It´s just that I´m used to edit with both hands on my keyboard and use the mouse to the minimum.

Cheers

Not sure if it holds in EP4, but ALT arrow, up down, l, r does the trick pretty quickly.

In Epro3x :
CTRL + E only gives me the active track /active clip selection.
Shift+End = all clips, all tracks to end (downstrm)
CTRL + End = selected track all clips d/s

Don't know what was held over of these on v4. Try n see.
