I dont know if I am doing something wrong, but TMP wouldn't install after installing Edius 4. I get the error message ' Canopus not found' or somethimg like that...cant remember.and it closes....

this is normal, I think wrong disk packaging
contact Canopus and they will send you the correct TMPRO disk, at least they sent it to me

Hi Anton, glad to see we have back our forum, though it is not the same...well, changes must come....cant seem to get things done like before, but I am getting there.........is there a download that is available, or a patch...things stay too long in the Caribbean to get fixed....dont know why, but a download would be fine here, cause I really need TMP in Edius 4 to work

what is your Edius version number? I believe TMPRO that ships with E4 will only install with 4.02
phone Canopus, they may have a temp solution?

I would be happy if they just post a patch or something, that would avoid all the delays I am having...just a patch would be so fine.

do you have the TMPro installation disk that came with Edius3, if so, it will work fine for now until you get Canopus to sort it out

Maybe the version of TMP does not match EDIUS,when you installed,it would metion "can not find product" ; So you can download a another version

If you still cant get TMPro to install contact me. I have a very small file which writes something to the Registry which then allows TMPro to see Edius and install. This has worked for me and a few others. No idea if this writes the same key as above but when I tried adding a key manually - it didnt work but the file did.
