When using discCapture to captured MPEG2 from DVD, putting the clip on a DV project result in a blurry picture, changing the project to D1 will clear it up but now you can not use Segment encoding because it is now 720X486.

This issue is being investigated.
In some cases, the following workarounds may yield better results:
1. Right-click the clip and change the field order.
2. Open the video layout tool for the clip and change the Fill from 0% to 100%
