Default Problem with Servicepack for MovieFactory 7

The Service pack for MovieFactory 7 is available from Corell Australia.
The problem is when you try to install those patches I got the message 'This installation will be aborted. Please uppgrade to retail version to install patch'
I was convinsed that the version whe have bundle to Edius was able to be fixed with available pathes.
I realy hope those pathes will be posible to get from support site.
Please correct me if I have a wrong opinion about this.

Default There is obviously lots of bugs in MovieFactory 7

I know that I shouldn't install other fixes other than what GV has to give.
Thats a well knoing fact and that is not the problem.

But as I mention there is lots of bugs in MF 7 who has to be fixed, and has make me very irritated many times and must be fixed.
MF 7 have often crashed in the end of a project specially when I working with heavy HD-projects.

I have to givit up of using MF 7 specially if I'm in a hurry of a project.

I was happy when I saw those patches for MF 7 and that Corell have make an effort to solve some problem.

http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satelli...=1215525183160

So please GV have talk to Corell and make it possible to get those patches to us EDIUS users.

I used DVDWS once apon a time but have found all newer Ulead/Corel software to be full of bugs and unreliable. So I stay clear of their stuff now.

Try the TMPGEnc stuff like TAW4.

I gave TMPGEmc a try but in my opinion that program is the slowest program I ever met in compile the videofile, to make a Blueray disk.
If you ever have the luck to succeeded. You always get the message that It can't compile the file, the program always found something faulty with the video file.
Anyway I like MovieFactory 7 and still hoping Grass Vallye support make it possible to download those two service pack to us who still like MF 7.
So please to those people who is not in GV support don't reply on this mail.

Default No support for MovieFacktory at all

Hi beachside
I hope I'm not offending you that was not my meaning. The problem is that I have mailed the Support center and the refuse to help me. The only answer I get Is that the Bundle MF7 is special edition and there is no support what so ever, so suit yourself if you are using the program. If you want support or sevicepack you have buy the program. Nothing of this information was given when the bundle MF5 or MF7 was released. So I hope you understand my disappointment.

I thought we've paid already (to some extend) for this bundle, I'll doubt if this was free ? very disappointing answer, but then again, it compliments their great quality software ;(
