FCP says "Unknown file" after capture DV using ADVC-110

I have an ADVC-110 that works fine capturing my old VHS tapes to DV (for later output to DVD).

Now I have two DV tapes that I wish to capture. I hook my Panasonic NV-GS320 up to the DV port on the 110, and set to Digital in.

I can set in- and outtime but when the capture is done (about 60 min) I get a message "File error: Unknown file" and the file is nowhere to be seen.

What can be wrong?

If I capture just a short part for test (2 min) it gives the same error message. I'm about 10 secs off from start and end of tape.
