Time limit(Trimming) on procoder File Project

Hi, i'm generating with an external application a Procoder PCP Project File like the one procoder Saves.
On Procoder when i want to trim time and save the project i get this attribute on the xml procoder file project:

Outpoint.QWD="3378375"

As i said i have to generate dinamically my procoder project file and i dont know How to generate that number.
Was i tried was open diferent videos on procoder, trim on the firsts frames save the project and see what happend, and on diferent frame per second videos i got this but i dont get the relacion....
