ADVC-55 or ADVC-110?

I want to capture from VHS-tapes. Some with poor quality. Which device of these two is the better? Is the "locked sync" in the ADVC-110 worth the extra money, or will the ADVC-55 do an equally good job? I basicly only need the functions of the ADVC-55.
